Sunday 25 June 2017 Budapest and a birthday
Slept okay last night even though it was a late night with the doctor. We’ve decided we’re not doing the tour around Budapest today to give Dea’s back a chance to rest. The weather quite warm and we spend some time on the sun deck but after a while it’s starting to get too warm.
Around midday the cruise actually starts and the ship leaves the dock heading up the Danube to Vienna.
Before tea there’s the Captains Welcome Cocktails where he introduces his heads of staff
At tea tonight the ship help celebrate Deanne’s birthday with a cake and a rousing rendition of Happy Birthday. They even decorated our room for the event.
